When you create an email marketing campaign, one of the most important considerations is the call to action or CTA.

A CTA is a button, text or link used to grab a subscriber’s attention. Often bright in appearance, thoughtful in placement and convincing in copy, a call to action should encourage the recipient to click and take action.

A good call to action will improve customer engagement, increase website traffic, and ultimately result in more conversions and sales. For email senders, it’s a metric of success.
